Cookie Exchange

This last Tuesday I went to a cookie exchange hosted by Jen from Tatertots and Jello. To say that I was beyond excited to go is an understatement. We each brought 4 dozen cookies and left with a box of 4 dozen assorted cookies.

It was such a great experience to be able to chat with some of the women who have been in this blogging business since the beginning.  I look a little...special in this photo.  I think they caught me mid laugh.

I was able to meet the bloggers behind some of my very favorite blogs such as:

Amy (The Idea Room) and Shelley (The House of Smiths)

If you've never seen these blogs before, check them out.  I have been following Amy's blog for longer than any other blog I think.  There are all sorts of great ideas.  Follow all three.  Trust me.

I was also able to talk with some people that have blogs that I follow, make new friends and find all sorts of fun new blogs to follow.  I'm so glad that Jen had us over.  It was such a great time!

I'm linking over from the FFF blog hop and following you now...your blog title completely lured me in. :)

It looks like you ladies had a great time at your cookie exchange. Is it terrible that I'm a teensy bit envious (I know, that is a horrible trait) that you can all gather like that? I'm on Maui and all of my blog-friends are on the mainland. Booooooo! The cookies do look fantastic, BTW.

I'm also loving your winter wreath in your previous post...the exact colors of ornaments The Hubs & I chose for our tree. :)

Have a lovely weekend!
