Finger Puppets

I mentioned in my previous post I made some finger puppets for Lillie. I got the pattern from Amy @ the Idea Room. They are super easy and fun to make. I love them, and so does Lillie.

They are perfect to have in Lillie's church bag.  The only down side is that she loves to bite the eyes.  I let her play with them for 5 minutes and the next thing I know, the eyes are all bent and crazy looking.  I think I will be supervising the play time a little more closely until she stops her biting.  (She gets it from her dad.  He was a biter as a kid.  My mother in law has told me stories of holes in car seats and bite marks everywhere because of my husband.  I am just hoping she grows out of this stage soon.)

Well, they were cute for a while.  The good news is that it was really inexpensive to make and really easy, so I can just replace the ones that are beyond repair.
Kids.  sheesh.

I've been wanting to make some myself. You did a great job.
Good luck with Crafting with the Stars.

I found you through the Handmade Link Party.

Those are so detailed and very cute! Once I made a really cute felt busy book for my kids, but I put so much time and effort in it that I wouldn't let them play with it. Isn't that silly? At least you are letting your crafts be played with, like they were meant to be!

Very nice! A couple of years ago I made several animal finger puppets for our grandsons.

I still have in mind to make some to go with some of their favorite books (like Cat in the Hat, etc.).
